Amla, Embelica officinalisAmla or Indian gooseberry are the fruits of tree Emblica officinalis. It is an anti-oxidant. Amalki:  Means Sustainer or the fruit where the Goddess of Prosperity Resides. It will boost immunity and prevent recurrent infection. It is good for eyes and hairs.
