We are hiring Freelance Editor well versed with editing skills with, who has good English language command for homeopathic book publishing. He/she should have knowledge of professional editing styles and should be familiar with basic software such as word and Adobe professional.

* A graduate degree in life sciences, homeopathy
* Excellent command over the English language; both verbal and written
* Knowledge of standard editing/proofing conventions, grammar, sentence structure, and style
* Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
Jobs and Responsibilities:
Ensure the text is in line with the publishers house style • Will be checking text to ensure it is well written, logically structured and in the right style for the intended audience • Enhance authors text to improve the overall readability of research articles • Correcting grammar and spelling • Ensuring the text is in line with the publishers • Checking facts and ensuring confidentiality • Raising queries with the author • Check illustrations and captions are correct • Can make standard language corrections in the manuscripts for journals as per the instructions of the customers • Plan and complete the given Job within the specified time limit with the minimum need to rework on the same • Help the production team with their queries with respect to content • Perform style editing, proof collation and editorial proof reading as required in the project Profile Summary
