The competent authority, AYUSH, has grant approval to the application of Principal, State Lal Bahadur Shastri Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital, Allahabad, seeking permission of the central government to increase in the intake capacity from 50 to 100 in existing BHMS course for the academic session 2019-20 under Section 12A of the HCC Act, 1973, subject to fulfillment of certain conditions. The college administration has to ensure sufficient qualified teaching faculty, non-teaching staff, hospital staff, requisite infrastructure and other requirements as per the provision of HCC (MSR), 2013.
