In pursuance of the Hon’ble High Court’s order dated 29-03-2019 passed in Dr.Gunen Sarma & another and order dated 12-04-2019 in Dr.Sakirul Islam and 65 others, the petitioners involved in the writ petition are hereby allowed to submit their applications for the 6 (Six) months certificate course in Community Health for Nurses and Ayurveda Practitioners against the advertisement issued on 8-03-2019. Duly submitted applications, complete in all respect, will be received in the Olo The Mission Director, National Health Mission, Assam, Saikia Commercial Complex, Srinagar Path, Christianbasti, Guwahati781005 up to 5 pm on 1″ June 2019.
However, consideration of the candidature of the applicants for the said course against the advertisement dated 08/03/2019 will depend on the outcome of disposal of the representations made by the petitioners and order/decision made by Hon’ble High Court on the said two writ petitions.
