MP Chief Minister, Shri Kamal Nath Ji, issued instructions to set up AYUSH wing (including Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, Sowa Rigpa, and Homeopathy) in all medical colleges of the state. On 23rd December 2019 at the Mantralaya, while reviewing the AYUSH Department, Kamal Nath Ji explained the increased inclination of public towards the AYUSH medical system but people are unable to reap benefits from it. Therefore, this step is being taken. The Chief Minister also directed to send a team of AYUSH department to leading countries in the world like Germany for Homeopathy and China for Herbal Medicine to promote research and development activities in the AYUSH system.
