A confirmed case of carcinoma of the urinary bladder in a male .He was suffering since 8 years back .However the patient did not come to me initially ,but after a allopathic treatment of 2 times operated , for one month back and 8 years back , he came to me with a lot of reports , because of his carcinoma recurrence. He consulted several surgeons but they declined to operate . The urinary bladder wall growth –likely carcinoma , fatty liver with multiple small hypoechoic focal lesions metastasis enlarged superficial inguinal lymph nodes . constant head ache , distension in stomach after eating even a little food , he was feeling worse , symptoms returning .
Head ache from sun exposing , journey sickness , head ache commence , hyper acidity, allopathic treatment , chest burning from acidity stomach fullness sciatica (acute) hands, legs pain, pulling pain . “urinary bladder cancer” growing operated 2 times since 8 years and since 2 months before operated .
FAMILY HISTORY : Father esophagus canal cancer died . uncle also died by bone cancer .

CASE HISTORY : Liver normal in size , contour and shows diffuse homogeneous to moderate increase in parenchymal echopattern, no focal lesions , intra hepatic biliary radicals and portal radicals normal . gallbladder appeared normal in size , contour and intra luminal echopattern . common duct appeared normal , no calculi seen in the common . pancreas appeared normal in size , contour and echopattern , spleen appeared normal in size , contour and echopattern . aorta appeared normal . no free fluid in the peritoneal cavity . no para aortic lymphadenopathy . adrenal glands appeared normal
KUB :right kidney normal in position , size contour and parenchymal echopattern , no evidence of calculi or hydronephrosis . evidence . Left kidney normal in position, size, contour and parenchymal echopattern.
BIPOLAR LENGTH PARENCHYMAL THICKNESS.
Right kidney –9.16 cms, left kidney—1.92 cms.
Urinary bladder shows 5.37×3.53×1.66 cms intraluminal.
Irregular growth from the posterior wall . prostate normal in contour and echopattern . seminal vesicles appears normal. Appendix not visualized . no evident pericaecal mass lesion or fluid collection.
IMPRESSION :1. fatty liver 2. urinary bladder growth-Likely carcinoma urinary bladder.

Material : T.U.R bladder tumour .
GROSS: specimen consists of multiple irregular grey brown pieces of soft tissue amounting to 05 grams,
MICROSCOPY; section studied shows structure of a cellular malignant bladder tumor , it is made up of papillary processes lined by multiple layer of malignant tumor cells and they have thin fibrovascular core, no evidence of infiltration into the submucosa observed .

Liver normal in size , contour and shows moderate increase in echopattern with multiple small hypoechoic focal lesions largest measuring 2.27 x1.9 cms. Intra hepatic radicals normal . Gallbladder appeared normal in size , contour and intraluminal echopattern . common duct appeared normal . no calculi seen in the common duct . pancreas appeared normal in size , contour and echopattern . spleen appeared normal in size , contour and echopattern. Aorta appeared normal in . No free fluid in the peritoneal cavity . no para aortic lymphadenopathy , Adrenal glands appeared normal .
KUB: Right kidney normal in position , size , contour and parenchymal echopattern . no evidence of calculi or hydronephrosis . left kidney normal in position , size , contour and parenchymal echopattern . no evidence of calculi or hydronephrosis.

Right kidney —9.17 cms 1.52 cms
Left kidney —10.0 cms 2.05 cms.
Urinary bladder shows 0.96×0.35 cms moderately echogenic
Growth from the inferior aspect of the posterior wall .
Prostate normal in contour and echopattern. Seminal vesicles appears normal .
Enlarged inguinal lymph nodes seen. Appendix not visualized.
No evident pericaecal mass lesion or fluid collection.
Impression:
1. SMALL INTRALUMINAL URINARY BLADDER WALL GROWTH –LIKELY CARCINOMA.
2. FATTY LIVER WITH MULTIPLE SMALL HYPOECHOIC FOCAL LESIONS-? METASTASIS
3. ENLARGED SUPERFICIAL INGUINAL LYMPH NODES.
Studying all reports and past case history of the patient by me ,I started giving homoeopathic treatment from 14/11/2006. advising not to go for surgery .
HOMOEOPATHIC TREATMENT
1.Phosphorus 200—3 doses
2.Crotalus horridus 200
3.Calcarea flour 200.
4.Sabal serrulata Q
5.Berberis volgaris Q
6.Thuja 1M –3 doses/weekly one dose
Date: 24/11/2006——much improvement is noticed. Urine no burning, normal
Evening lower abdomen pain from 7-8 pm slightly
MEDICINES; 1. Sabal serrulata Q 2. Berberis vulgaris Q—daily thrice, continue.
Date: 8/12/2006. all symptoms improved, chest burning from acidity, shoulder pain .

USG REPORT OF ABDOMEN;

Liver shows fatty infiltration . no focal lesions seen .
Intra and extra hepatic biliary passages are not dilated .
Intra hepatic IVC & hepatic veins are normal.
Gall bladder is distended with clear contents & normal wall thickness . no calculi or debris seen. Pancreas is normal to the extent seen . spleen is normal in size & texture . it measures 8.7 cms no focal lesion seen.
No free fluid noted in peritoneal or plural space .
Paraortic &aorto-caval regions are normal.
Diaphragmatic movements satisfactory .
No evidence of subdiaphragmatic pathology seen .
Both the kidneys are normal in size & texture with normal cortico medullary differentiation. No evidence of calculi hydronephrosis seen bilaterally.
Right kidney measures 8.5×1.7 cms . Left kidney measures 9.4x 1.9 cms
Urinary bladder is distended with clear contents &shows diffuse thickening of the bladder wall . no vesicle calculus seen.
Prostate measures 3.6x 2.9x 3.6 cms –volume approximately 20 CC . it shows normal in size &texture . seminal vesicles are normal. No mass/localized collection seen in right iliac fossa.
IMPRESSION; FATTY LIVER , NO FOCAL LESION SEEN, DIFFUSE THICKENING OF THE URINARY BLADDER WALL .NO FREE FLUID SEEN IN ABDOMEN/PELVIS.
The patient improved in general health and is now in almost leading normal health after taking homoeopathic treatment .on 09-02-2007 he reported in my clinic as he was completely cured . he is very happy by avoiding surgery.
