Job Description:
(Walk-In: Monday – Friday 10:00 Am – 4:00 PM)
-
- (i) Performs duties in outpatient clinics, wards, critical care areas & labs.(As applicable)
-
- (ii) Performs physical examination and documents medical history of patients
-
- (iii) Writes daily progress notes
-
- (iv) Obtains and documents informed consent
-
- (v) Performs preoperative and postoperative work under the supervision
-
- (vi) Prepares an appropriate discharge/case/death summary
-
- (vii) Explains the procedure & answer the queries of the patients & attendants
-
- (viii) Ensures delivery of Quality Care to the patients
-
- (ix) Follows all the Clinical protocols, procedures & policies
-
- (x) Participates in quality assurance activities within the Department, including audit and clinical review programs to monitor standards of practice to facilitate continuous improvement
-
- (xi) Performs regular on call and emergency duties
-
- (xii) Follows the duty rosters of his/ her department
-
- (xiii) Follows all the clinical postings of the doctors
-
- (xiv) Participates in continuing professional development activities by attending various national conferences, medical workshops & continues medical education programmes
-
- (xv) Participates in various research activities and clinical trials
- (xvi) Involves in the self-clinical teaching & training
