The ministry has proposed to Open at least one Homoeopathic and one Ayurvedic Unit in every CGHS City on 28th December 2018. In supersession of Ministry’s Order on 12th February 2019, Rajeev Attri stated that it has been decided with the approval of the Department of Expenditure to set-up 53 Units (27 Homoeopathic Units and 26 Ayurvedic Units) in cities, where Allopathic Dispensaries are already functioning at the following Dispensaries (location wise):-
27 Homoeopathic Units :- Visakhapatnam, Gandhi Nagar, Faridabad, Gurgaon, Shimla, Jammu, Ranchi, Bhopal, Jabalpur, Indore, Shillong, Dehradun, Ghaziabad, Greater Noida, Indirapuram, Noida, Sahibabad, Chandigarh, Bhuvneshwar, Raipur, Pondicherry, Aizwal, Agartala, Panji, Gangtok, Imphal and Itanagar.
26 Ayurvedic Units:- Guwahati, Visakhapatnam, Gandhi Nagar, Faridabad, Shimla, Jammu, Ranchi, Bhopal, Jabalpur, Indore, Shillong, Dehradun, Ghaziabad, Greater Noida, Indirapuram, Noida, Sahibabad, Chandigarh, Raipur, Pondicherry, Aizwal, Agartala, Panji, Gangtok, Imphal and Itanagar
