Job Description:
- The scribe would be responsible for us physician documentation on the electronic platform.
- Listen to the Physician-Patient interaction.
- Understand the conversation and take the notes from physician-patient interaction under different fields like history of present illness, physical examination, plan details etc.
- Populate the summarized data in the electronic health record.
- Generate the chart notes.
