Desirée Brazelton, CCH
Desirée Brazelton, CCH is a classically trained homeopathic practitioner and co-founder of the Prometheus Homeopathic Institute. She started her practice in 2009 and subsequently opened an acute care walk-in style clinic called Spark Clinic. Spark Clinic grew into Spark Wellness, a full wellness center and yoga studio. Desirée served on the board of an established homeopathic school before deciding to go on to open PHI, which offers a three year training program for those who want to become professional homeopaths. She is also working with her partner and co-founder, Jason-Aeric Huenecke, to develop an advanced program for practicing practitioners. Desirée now works remotely from her office in Minneapolis, seeing patients, teaching and leading transformational retreats around the world. Desirée and her husband, Paul, have three daughters, one of whom is spending her gap year in Brazil.

We all want to run a successful practice with long standing clients but often the way to do that is unclear. What do we do if the client isn’t progressing? What do we do if their chief complaint has resolved? How long does someone need to take a remedy and what for? In this session, we will talk about how to think longitudinally about homeopathic practice. We’ll talk about developing a homeotherapeutic relationship with our clients. Homeopathic care is best when a solid, long term, trusted connection is formed between the patient and the client. We will talk about how to think about homeopathic care as lifelong medicine.
