This section elaborates the philosophical background of all four miasms, the utility of miasmatic prescribing and author has beautifully illustrated the steps of classical miasmatic prescribing, layers of miasmatic states, clinical tips, and also given logical explanations of misconceptions about miasms. This makes the book a go-to arena for students aspiring to grasp the very concept of miasms. 

1. PART-II: MIASMATIC DIAGNOSIS CLASSIFICATION

Very well described schematic representation of all four miasms in comparative chart form enables the reader to understand each miasm and its features in comparison to the other. This is important when prescribing for patients on a miasmatic basis. 

1. PART-III : MIASMATIC DIAGNOSIS OF CLINICAL CLASSIFICATIONS

Tabular form of all nosological clinicals correlated as a presentation of miasm in single and mixed form is helpful to diagnose miasm even from the nosological name of clinical conditions.

Addition to the above section, here ancestral tips from their clinical experiences have been shared which makes the book a wonderful read for any homeopath who learns from previous cured cases and wishes to apply the knowledge so gained in his own practice.

This section deals with a unique tool i.e. miasmatic repertory that starts from mental symptoms to modality symptoms. This assists a homeopath in finding out the miasm in the present case and is very similar to finding the medicine through the process of repertorization in general. What could be better than being able to repertorize and diagnose predominant miasms in a case!

A comprehensive data to understand the miasmatic background of medicines in terms of weightage/ grades with thermic reactions i.e. chilly or hot, for all possible medicines which forms an add on material for the differentiation of anti-miasmatic medicines for making the final prescription.
