Case Analysis: Finding the Best Method for the Professional and the Patient
What’s the best way to take a homeopathic case and what’s the best way to analyze symptoms? In recent times, schools have branched out in their teaching of case analysis. Some focus on the classical approach. Others find single medicines by looking into similarities of symptoms with the plant and animal kingdoms or with elements in the periodic table. Then there are the schools that rely on treatment plans that use multiple medicines or protocols. Given the variety of methods of prescribing, how do we find the best method for our patients? And in the process, how do we promote discussion between the different types of prescribers?
This presentation will explore some of the many benefits and drawbacks to various ways of prescribing. Then, participants will be asked to share their views on the subject. A robust discussion will be encouraged with an eye towards providing our patients with the best homeopathic care possible and creating channels of communication to share experiences and ensure unity of the profession.

Why the History of Homeopathy Matters
In this session, Kim Elia will take you on a journey through the rich and fascinating history of homeopathy. Kim will delve deeply into the past, with first-hand accounts of significant events, recreated debates, rich images and much more – a choreography that will bring to life the very roots of the ideas that shape homeopathy in the 21st Century. Rather than a survey of names and dates, this course is an all-aspects overview for understanding today’s homeopathic practice through the lens of the past.
History of Homeopathy – REALLY? Why should I study the history of homeopathy? Because the practitioners from our past were hugely successful in the treatment of both acute and chronic disease. Adolph Lippe, in 50 years of busy practice, never lost one typhoid, cholera or malaria patient. Constantine Hering treated hundreds of cases of pneumonia with 100% success. During the 1813 typhoid epidemic ravaging Europe, Hahnemann proved the superiority of the homeopathic method. Thomas Lindsley Bradford, the great American historian of homeopathy, in his seminal work ‘The Logic of Figures’, demonstrated the statistical efficacy and superiority of homeopathy over both allopathic and eclectic medicine. How was all this possible? How can you achieve this level of success in your own practice today? Learn what ONLY the History of Homeopathy can teach you – how to be a successful practitioner today.
