SPONSORSHIP & EXHIBITING - homeopathy360

SPONSORSHIP & EXHIBITING

Hosted by the National Center for Homeopathy, the Joint American Homeopathic Conference is an exciting annual event where homeopathy supporters, practitioners, and students come together to learn, connect, and thrive. Top educators from the US and around the world share their homeopathy expertise about a variety of topics within the conference theme in person, and on a virtual platform. Our community is diverse in the way that they approach health through homeopathy. At JAHC we pride ourselves on being inclusive and offering members of our community a platform to share their 21st century knowledge and experiences. The conference is designed to honor traditional classical methods and introduce attendees to the latest advancements, approaches, and innovations being used today.

Showcase your company or organization to an audience of practitioners, licensed healthcare professionals, clients, patients, students, and general consumers.

In addition to products and services within the homeopathy community, attendee interests include alternative healthcare and “green” living.

Ideal sponsors and exhibitors that top our wish list include:

  • Homeopathic medicine manufacturers and retailers
  • Homeopathy schools and educational programs
  • Repertory software companies
  • Dietary supplement or herbal companies/ manufacturers
  • Nutrition education providers
  • Organic & natural skin care companies
  • Organic foods, teas, coffee, and chocolates

A sponsorship allows NCH to continue to provide the education and community that professionals have come to love and look forward to. Its is the only form of marketing that is seen as giving back. And even more so when you are sponsoring a non-profit event such as our conference.

One of the biggest advantages of exhibiting at JAHC is that it allows you to meet potential customers in person.

As the largest, longest running in-person event in the homeopathy community, exhibiting at JAHC provides visibility and credibility to your company or organization.

Join us virtually in 2025 to make new leads, attract new customers, and continue to build your reputation as an established and renowned brand.

The National Center for Homeopathy is collaborating with the KnoWEwell platform for a unique online event hosted on their platform.

The National Center for Homeopathy (NCH) retains the sole authority to determine the eligibility of any company or organization wishing to exhibit at the Joint American Homeopathic Conference (JAHC).

NCH reserves the right to refuse applications of any company or organization.

Please note that the following policies are in place to protect both the National Center for Homeopathy and you, our exhibitors, from any potential liability concerns.

  • NCH reserves the right to curtail or to close exhibits, wholly or in part, that reflect unfavorably on the character and the purpose of the meeting or selling a product(s) not deemed appropriate for the audience.
  • Products and services exhibited may not detract from the study and/or practice of homeopathy, patient care and/or education.
  • JAHC is a U.S. based event. In the U.S., homeopathic medicines are regulated as drugs under the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FDCA). The Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia of the United States (HPUS) is recognized by the FDCA as the authority for the manufacture of homeopathic medicine. Products being marketed and/or sold at JAHC, must be manufactured in accordance with the guidelines of the HPUS, and manufacturers must maintain a current United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Establishment Registration Number. For companies selling products privately labeled for them by a manufacturer, that manufacturer should maintain a current FDA Establishment Registration Number for the product(s) to be marketed and/or sold. NCH may request proof of a manufacturer’s FDA establishment registration number.
  • Since JAHC is open to the public event with consumer level registrants, we suggest that medicines not listed in the HPUS be labelled with a recommendation to consult a professional homeopath before use. Only Over The Counter (OTC) products should be marketed and/or sold at JAHC unless clearly stated that the product(s) is available only to licensed medical professionals. Prescription only homeopathic remedies and/or potencies are not to be marketed or sold at the event.
